Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. It is non-refundable and will be forfeited for cancellations, no-shows, or late changes outside our rescheduling window.

We offer a 30-minute grace period. Arriving more than 30 minutes after your scheduled time may be treated as a no-show, and your treatment time may be shortened to stay on schedule.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, children aged 0–12 are not permitted inside the Spa, even when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
