When you browse this website, make an online reservation, submit an enquiry form, or complete an in-spa health questionnaire, we may collect: general identifying information such as your name, phone number, email address and messaging app details (e.g. WhatsApp); sensitive personal health information from your pre-treatment health questionnaire, including but not limited to pregnancy status, cardiovascular history, recent surgeries, allergies (e.g. to specific oils or nut-based ingredients), and areas of the body to avoid or focus on — used solely to assess treatment suitability and protect your health and safety; transaction and payment information such as booked treatments, amounts paid, and deposit records; and website analytics data such as IP address, visit time, browser type and cookies.
We process your personal data for specific, limited purposes: to arrange and confirm your spa reservation and send booking confirmations or reminders; to allow our therapists to design a treatment that is appropriate and safe for you based on your health questionnaire; to provide after-service support, respond to feedback, and reach you in an emergency; and to send you offers or updates about H Signature Spa, where you have not opted out. We retain personal data and health questionnaires only for as long as necessary to fulfil these purposes or as required by applicable law, in line with the Philippine National Privacy Commission's (NPC) guidelines, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
Except where required by law, court order, or in a genuine medical emergency, we do not rent, sell, or disclose your personal data or health information to unrelated third parties. We only share the minimum necessary information with trusted partners who help us operate the business — such as our booking/reservation management system, messaging providers, third-party payment processors, and website analytics tools — and only to the extent required for them to perform that function.
